We stayed in an isolated town in the mountains during Christmas and had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and made us sandwiches for our hikes. The location was perfect for nature lovers as we could easily explore the nearby canyons and mountains. The restaurant served delicious food made from local produce at reasonable prices.
The Wi-Fi didn't work well, but we didn't mind since we came to disconnect. Some staff members were not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping guests.

This hotel was a nice surprise for me. Located on a hillside in a little village, it offered a unique view of the surrounding area. The rooms were beautiful, and I especially loved the rock bathroom and the bathtub with lots of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included was delicious. The panoramic views from the topfloor/tower were absolutely stunning.
All was perfect.

Spent Xmas at this rustic hotel in a beautiful mountain town. Loved the panoramic views and the stone decor of our room. the food was tasty and generous, with some local dishes on offer. Enjoyed the hot showers and free Wi, Fi, especially useful when planning our hikes in the stunning Colca Canyon.
Service at the restaurant was hit, and, miss, and it took too long to get our meals served. Our room had no view, but the location in town was convenient and quiet.

I had a great stay in this hidden gem. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had charming facilities, including beautiful gardens and a big bathtub. It was conveniently located for exploring the area again, including the famous Condor viewpoint. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was simple but fresh and tasty.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel or this city.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights and we had a pleasant experience overall. the location is great, as it is close to the main square, just a short walk away. It’s by far the best place in town, and we enjoyed hearing the sound of the local creek from our cozy room. the staff was friendly, providing clean and well-maintained facilities.
It would have been nice to have some variety in the breakfast options.
